We are excited to announce that applications are now open for the PATCIN Program – Stream 4, 2024! This initiative, organized by the Barrister Sam Otoboeze Foundation, aims to empower young people like you by providing essential skills and resources to foster economic independence and social responsibility.

What is PATCIN?

The PATCIN (Poverty Alleviation Training to Curb Insecurity in Nigeria) program is designed to tackle the rising insecurity in Nigeria by addressing the root causes of youth unemployment and lack of economic opportunities. By participating in this comprehensive program, you will not only gain valuable skills but also have the chance to make a positive impact in your community.

Benefits of Participation:

  1. Security Skill Acquisition: specialized training in crime avoidance and community security, conducted by experts from top security agencies. This program is designed to equip participants with essential skills and knowledge to enhance personal safety and foster a secure community environment, laying the foundation for self-reliance and proactive community engagement.
  2. Entrepreneurial Training: Learn crucial business skills, including business planning, marketing, finance management, and customer service from experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts.
  3. Seed Grants: Eligible participants who demonstrate a strong business plan can access seed grants to kick-start or expand their business ventures.
